At The Temple Annual Mathlympics Competition tailored for 4 to 5-year-olds, our Preschool, Anthony Campus excelled, claiming the second position.
Participants that represented Greensprings School were Oluwafolarin Odebiyi and Modesolaoluwa Ajilore, who embraced the challenge with eager minds.
The competition centred around fundamental mathematical concepts, inviting children to engage in activities focused on number identification, shape recognition, basic arithmetic including addition and subtraction, understanding sizes, measurements, and more with the swiftest fingers winning the game.
Our teachers played a crucial role in preparing the students for success, coaching the children on various mathematical topics.
The competition was not merely about winning but also about learning and growth.
It concluded with an award ceremony that celebrated not just winners but every participant’s dedication and eagerness to engage with mathematics.
Winners received a certificate with recognition for their efforts and goodie bags.
