In the month of February, Greensprings had the awesome privilege of hosting one of the LAMDA examiners, Joanna Foster. LAMDA is a three-year full-time professional training school for actors and actresses in London. It is also the home of the LAMDA exams, which are for all ages from five years right up to adults. Exams at LAMDA cover areas such as communication, performance, musical theatre and many more.
Speaking about her experience as an examiner of LAMDA, Joanna revealed that it was a wonderful experience. In her exact words “The students at Greensprings School are very polite, and they have done really well, as the school standard is top notch.”
On the relevance of the LAMDA certificate, she says “As students go through the LAMDA exams, they can build up on their UCAS points and easily get admitted into the University of their Choice in the UK.”
During her visit, Joanna examined over a hundred students in our Anthony, Lekki and Ikoyi Campuses.
