I recently completed my degree in Biomedical Science with a first class; and as I must say no better foundation and preparation for a rigorous three year degreethan what I received from the IB Diploma Programme at Greensprings School. IB prepared me academically through the research course work, that is, essay writing and critical thinking, the workload, and style of teaching; as there was no difference in what I encountered in University. The diploma also strengthened some skills; teamwork, working well under pressure, time management and self motivation; which I found was very useful as it greatly helped me go through challenging times in University. In retrospect, IB gave me the platform to realise my potential and enabled me correlate experiences in the classroom to real life situations.
