Greensprings School has once again produced winners in this year’s Cambridge Outstanding Learners Awards with 5 of our students emerging best in the country for various subjects.
The students will receive the Outstanding Learner Awards at this year’s ceremony organised by the British Council which will hold later this month.
The students who will receive the awards are Edgar Joseph Samuel Olusola for Top in Country for Art & Design; Giwa Ganiat Adebimpe for Top in Country for Drama; Ogechi Onyinyechi Onyenze for Top in Country for Accounting; Brian Nsien Ekong for Top in Country in Global Perspectives and Mustapha Abdul-Malik Morakinyo for Top in Country for Literature (English).
Their success is proof that academic excellence can be achieved with hard work, dedication, the best teaching methods and the right environment.
Last year’s winner for Top in the world for Mathematics, Honour Olatunji who was also a Greensprings student also highlighted the role of committed and competent teachers in guiding him on the path to achieving such a global feat.
