On the 17th of February, our Anthony campus had the 2023 edition of its art exhibition. The guest artist for the day was Dr. Princess Theresa Oghogho Iyase-Odozi, Founder of the Greenhouse Art Empowerment Centre (GHAEC). The theme of the event was “Expression,” which was quite evident in artworks displayed by the participating students, as it incorporated traditional and modern art, with diverse mediums like acrylic paint, oil colour, watercolour, charcoal, and pastel.
Some of the students also exhibited photography, portraying stories about the Nigerian society and current happenings in the country. A total of 55 artworks were showcased by 16 students, and a good number of the artworks were sold. It was an exciting event.
