Cookery elective teaches the children the art of cooking in a fun way. This is a practical class and the children are allowed to participate under close supervision. The idea is to catch them young in the art of cooking. The elective is packaged in such a way that the children have hands-on activities.
Money Clever Kids Elective
Children learn the rudiments of personal finance and entrepreneurship in order to make informed decisions about investment and wealth creation. Games and interactive sessions are the methods usually adopted for everyone to benefit from the elective.
Chess Elective
Chess is the most intellectual game known to man. The game depicts human reasoning in his environment. It involves calculations, strategies and simple logical reasoning. The chess players develop precise decision in making choices. They are able to recognise weaknesses and strong points in determining actions.
Dance Elective
Dance can be defined as a sequence of rhythmic steps or movements performed to music for pleasure, social interaction and physical exercise. The objective is to boost students` confidence, character building, physical fitness and development of communication skills
Craft ‘n’ Decoration Elective
This elective is geared towards equipping young minds with entrepreneurship skills. This does not imply the use of complex activities or heavy tools but simple and easy to reach materials. The content of Craft ‘n’ Decoration includes decorations and durable crafts e.g. card and book cover making, fabric prints (T-shirts, socks, face caps, trendy visors, gift boxes amongst a host of others.
Taekwondo Elective
Tae Kwon Do is a fun and healthy martial arts form. Learning this sport teaches you self-defence and will help you stay physically and mentally fit. Unlike most other sporting activities, Tae Kwon Do promotes the improved formation of one`s character by building up student`s self-confidence, self-respect, self-discipline
Stitches Elective
Stitches is an exciting new elective for school children to learn, just like craft. Children learn the following in Stitches Elective: how to properly thread needle, hem their clothes, take measurement of clothes and people, use sewing machines, tack buttons, stitch their clothes, cut and sew on their own and make craft items like bags, pillows etc.
The Young Engineers
The Young Engineers are committed to demonstrating how science works in the real world by providing activities in different areas of science. These activities are aimed at promoting an interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics through experiments and projects that are hands-on and fun.
Cheerleading Elective
Cheerleading is a physical activity, sometimes a competitive sport using organised routines, usually ranging from one to three minutes containing the components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers, and stunting to direct spectators of events to cheer on sports teams, at games, or to participate in competitions. The person involved is called a cheerleader.
Mad Science Elective
We present science to children as an interesting subject which could also be full of fun. Children benefit from hands-on experiments and in the process they acquire drawing, construction and thinking skills.
Drama Elective
Drama is a unique tool to explore and express human feelings. It enhances cognitive, affective and motor development in the children. It develops the following in the children:
• The use of imagination
• Powers of self-expression
• Self-confidence and respect
Swimming Elective
Swimming Elective provides basic endurance skills, speed, action and reaction for participating students. It also teaches flexibility and breathing skills. Awareness is stressed on discipline and respect for basic swimming rules and regulations. It is an opportunity to select best swimmers to join the school team. Finally, swimming elective gives opportunity for future career in swimming or water related environment.
Scout and Brownie
The purpose of scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
Scouting is based on three principles which are expressed within the Beaver, Cub and Scout Promises:
• Duty to self;
• Duty to others; and
• Duty to God.
Mastermind and Puzzles
Mastermind and Puzzles is an elective which encourages excellent exercise in logic while using one`s intuition. Children get to work with materials like chess, baseball games, road signs, snakes and ladders, ludo game, monopoly, football game, Chinese checkers, racing and many more!

Cake Baking and Pastries
Cake and pastry club is a fun and educative programme where we teach how to bake and make pastries (meat pie, sausage roll, biscuit, chin-chin and so on). We also teach nutritional value of ingredients used for baking and origin of the baked goods. Each member of the club learns the interesting art of baking.
Crocheting Elective
In Crocheting students learn to produce items like wrist-bands, handbags, belts, sweaters and so on. It’s a life skill!
Ballet Elective
It is a French dance that tells a story. The demonstration helps to tell the lyrics of a song. We teach the five basic dancing steps. Our costumes are tutu, pantyhose and the ballet shoes.
KKB Drama Club
Kids Know Better Club also known as KKB Club is a fun club where children learn the basics of acting. This will boost their confidence, making them eloquent speakers and helping them respond to sudden and unexpected situations the best possible way. Children also have the opportunity to be on National TV.
